Sheri, Go to www.raytech-ind.com/. At the bottom ofthe page is a 1-800 number for contacting Raytech Industries. They may be able to supply you with an instruction manual. If they can't then come back to the board and we will see what else we can do. I have an old manual from another brand of vibrating lap on an old computer that is stored. If need be I can e-mail it to you but I have to reassemble that computer first. Jim K
