Bob Jacobs, You know, I think I can agree with you. What I don't understand is why the marketers of the manmade Rainbow Calsilicia don't let the material stand on its on merits. It looks like a great lapidary material, albeit, synthetic. Its a little to wild for my taste but heck I feel the same way about Crazy Lace agate. IMHO I don't think sales of the Calsilia would decrease if it were marketed as a synthetic. Jim K
