Don't know about rocks but when I was a kid we used to go into the creek bed behind my aunts in Fort Worth and found all kinds of fossils. Shells of different kinds, sea urchins and ammonites which could be several feet across. I think the formation is pretty wide spread but I'm sure a local rock shop or club would know more. Dave Owen
