...heh...50 years of tumbling rock, and even the expert says to me..."Ya, I've always wondered about that, too...". He vented his 6,000 lb. units twice a day, in summer. Once a day in winter. Gassing was produced by all different types of rock. A tumbler blew up in California once, took the roof off of the shed. One of my pal's blew up once...ONCE. Rock flew 70 feet.
