Whoa! Benzene in "Rubbing Alcohol"? I am flabergasted! Benzene is a known carcinogen (and maybe toluene, also). Methanol isn't so good either. Benzene is a natural ingredient in gasoline and is one of the reasons it is a bad idea to use gasoline to get your hands in it to wash engine parts.

I am also surptised that there is so much water in isopropyl rubbing alcohol. Some is almost a given, as alcohols are miscible with water and there is a percentage mixture at which the temperature and the ratio in the vapor is constant. For ethanol it is about 95% enthanl, 5% water, and 68 degrees Celsius.
